• Let’s Make Stuff: Handcrafted Cards: On Tuesday, Feb. 12, starting at 6:30 p.m., create a special handcrafted Valentine card to share your love with friends and family. Let’s Make Stuff is held at Lake Elmo Library on the second Tuesday each month at 6:30 p.m. It gives adults a chance to get crafty and learn something new. Each month will feature a different project. All materials will be provided. Class size is limited so registration is required. Register online at WashCoLib.org/Events, at the Lake Elmo Library Information Desk, or call 651-773-4926.  

• Relaxation Through Meditation: On Tuesday, Feb. 19, starting at 6 p.m., join Arvind Naik, longtime meditator and international speaker, as he discusses how meditation can evoke a deeper state of relaxation and more peace within in this program at Lake Elmo Library. He will also present a powerful meditation technique that can enrich one’s life on all levels. The audience will have a chance to practice this simple meditation that can help you in all aspects of your life. No registration required.
