St. Paul Almanac is gearing up to publish its twelfth edition of the St. Paul Almanac and is looking for stories, poetry, art, and photos of St. Paul. The deadline to submit work is midnight, Nov. 1.

Trunk Highway 3 from 60th to 70th Street is closed due to construction. It is open to local traffic only; no through traffic. The road is estimated to be open by mid-November 2018.
The West St. Paul Halloween Coloring Contest is open to kids age 10 and under. To enter, please drop off or mail completed coloring sheets to City Hall by Oct. 26
